Iced Chai

With the patio season approaching, we are looking for refreshing drinks for summer. For all those guests, who do not like iced coffee, we have some recipes of Iced Lattes: Iced Chai Latte, Iced Turmeric Latte and Iced Matcha Latte. And, of course, a regular Iced Chai as well.

An Iced Chai is easily and quickly made by mixing Authentic Chai base (this is a liquid base of tea and spices) with cold water (or sparkling water) and adding 2 ice cubes. Deliciously fresh and cooling because of the spices such as ginger and cardamom. If you want to make an Iced Chai Latte then replace the water with milk. Since the Authentic Chai base is vegan make Vega Iced Chai Latte by preparing it with plant-based milk such as soy milk, coconut milk or oat milk.

The recipe for Iced Turmeric Latte is as follows:

  • Add half a teaspoon of Turmeric Latte mix to a little warm water and dissolve.
  • Take 350 ml of coconut milk (or milk of your choice) and pour over some (2 to 3 ice cubes)
  • Next, pour the dissolved Turmeric mix into the milk and stir.
  • Optionally finish with a little cinnamon sugar or cinnamon

The recipe for Iced Matcha Latte is as follows:

  • Add a 2 teaspoons of Matcha Latte mix to a little warm water and dissolve.
  • Take 350 ml of coconut milk (or milk of your choice) and pour over some (2 to 3 ice cubes)
  • Next, pour the dissolved Matcha Latte mix into the milk and stir slightly.

Happy summer!
