Ingredients:
Heat the oven to 170 degrees. Mix the egg and banana in a bowl. Then add the almonds, oatmeal, seeds and coconut rind. Mix all this well. Then also add the salt, spices, baking powder and vanilla. Mix again. Finally, add the coconut oil and sugar. Use your hands to knead the dough into balls and then flatten your balls to make a cookie on baking paper.
