
Ginger Spice Cookies
Ingredients
2 Teaspoons Bondi Chai Club Cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ cup soft butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1.5 cup of flour
1 egg
Method: Mix the butter and sugar. Add the egg and ginger and mix it all together. Then mix in the flour as well, forming a firm dough. Roll the dough a long cake pan (about 35 mm in diameter). Roll it through the Bondi Chai powder. Then cover the dough with cling film and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 2o minutes. Then cut the dough cookies and place them on a baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Bondi Chai Hotcakes (Pancakes)
Ingredients
1 cup self-rising baking flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs
200 ml of milk
50 ml of water
50grams of melted butter
2 teaspoons Bondi Chai VanillaHoney
Method: Mix together the eggs, water and milk. Mix in the baking flour, Bondi Chai and salt. Finally, mix the melted butter into the pancake batter.
