  • Sugar (to taste)
  • 400g vegan cottage cheese

Other

  • 1 packet of long fingers
  • 2 teaspoons of Matcha powder to make 2 cups of Matcha tea
  • 3 tablespoons of coffee liqueur (amaretto)
  • Matcha powder for decoration
  • Berries or red fruit for decoration

  • Start by making 2 cups of Matcha tea. Do this by stirring the matcha powder well through hot water, then let the cups of tea cool in the refrigerator.
  • It is also recommended to coconut milk also in the refrigerator in advance.
  • Carefully scoop out the solid part of the coconut milk from the can and put it in a bowl. Blend the mixture with a hand blender for about 5 minutes until you get a nice even cream, which you can refine to your taste with stevia or sweetener.
  • Next, the soy cream is whipped and added to the cream. Next, the soy cream is mixed with the cottage cheese or lifted under the coconut mixture. This must be done carefully so that the lightness is not lost!
Then place the mixture under the coconut cream and add the coffee liqueur, if necessary.
  • Now put the chilled Matcha tea in a soup plate so that you soak the long fingers from both sides. Be careful not to put them in the tea too long so the long fingers will break! Then you place the cookies in a mold, bowl or glass alternating with the cream and layer the whole thing as high as you like.
  • Finally, sprinkle some Matcha powder on top (this is best if you pass the Matcha powder through a fine sieve).
  • Finally, be sure to refrigerate the Matcha Tiramisu for at least 6 hours.

Matcha Chia Pudding

In this recipe, we will show you how to prepare a delicious chia pudding with matcha quickly and easily.

WHAT IS CHIA PUDDING?

Chia pudding is not a classic pudding, but is created because Chia seeds take on a gel-like texture when left in moisture. Chia seeds, like Matcha, belong to the so-called superfoods, i.e. foods characterized by an above-average amount of nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. Chia seeds are high in fiber, which makes them very filling and a great way to replace granola or yogurt. Moreover, the bright green Matcha powder makes this recipe particularly beautiful and is ideal as a delicious breakfast for a great start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond, soy, oat or classic cow's milk
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: a sweetener such as Hoing or Agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder

Preparation:

  • First, mix the almond, soy, oat or cow's milk with the vanilla extract and Matcha powder. This is easiest with a small hand mixer or milk frother.
  • Then the matcha-enriched milk is added to the chia seeds and mixed well. Depending on the taste, other sweeteners such as Hoing or agave syrup can be added at this point.
  • Then the chia seeds should swell in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • After swelling, it can still be beautifully garnished with fruit or fruit for serving. At this point, we chose delicious raspberries.

Done is a delicious breakfast! The Chia Matcha pudding will keep for a few days in the refrigerator, so it is good to prepare it the night before.
