Meisje has "honest," mostly organic and regional, produce and dishes on the menu, with a Moluccan twist whenever possible. Girl recently started using Royal Chai's vegan Chai Latte. Royal Chai is a true Chai Latte as natives of India drink: full of flavor with all the spices that belong in a Chai Latte. We taste black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, star anise and black pepper. This Chai Latte mix contains no animal ingredients and is vegan. Preparation with soy, rice, almond or any other type of milk gives a deliciously creamy and spicy flavor without being too spicy. Vegan Royal Chai also contains no artificial additives.
