Matcha is a unique product from Japanese tea gardens and has a special umami taste. It naturally contains many antioxidants. Our Matcha consists of the best quality traditionally very finely ground green tea leaves.

With just 1-2 grams of Matcha, you can make a delicious pure Matcha or Matcha Latte.

Preparation:
Add 1-2 grams of Matcha to a little hot water (max. 80 °C), whisk with a Matcha bamboo whisk, then add 180 ml of frothed milk (or, for Matcha tea, hot water). Stir briefly. We also like it with plant-based milk, such as oat or coconut milk. Or with cold milk and a few ice cubes.
