Preparing a Latte is very simple: add 1 to 2 teaspoons (2 - 3 grams) of Matcha mix to a little hot water, whisk with the Matcha broom and then add 180 ml of frothed milk (or for Matcha tea, add hot water) and stir briefly. We also love it with plant-based milk such as oat milk or coconut milk. Or with cold milk and a few ice cubes.
